I have a lot of favourite artists that influences me in some ways... I'll list them all on here when I have the time.

Established in early 2017, Missrenegade serves as a platform for this 18 years old university student to unleash her wildest imaginations in the form of music.

Growing up listening to a variety of artists, from soloists and movie soundtrack composers to rock/metal bands and their subgenre, she had always wanted to create music of her own. Not as a career, but as a way to project her emotions. Later, she learned the basics of music theory based on what she picked up in her lessons and… some research on the internet. Feeling confident to write an original piece, she started off by writing down the lyrics, humming the tune to match the lyrics, and finding the right chords on the piano intuitively. She cited her experiences, emotions, and her favourite fictional works as enormous sources of inspiration for her work. However, the strict schedule of her school activities in the senior year, combined with stress and peer pressure, had repressed the creative part of her mind and prevented her from making more music.

After graduating high school in 2016, she began another chapter of her life in another city, which serves both as a new place to learn and a place to wake her creative mode up from hibernation. Having no access to real instruments – she wished she had learned the guitar instead lol – all she could do were writing songs and mentally composing it in her head. That was until she discovered Musicshake, of course.
