You just need to get a subscription. There are 3 price plans: $5 for a month, $10 for 6 months or $15 for a year. Get unlimited MP3 uploads to YouTube, on top of unlimited MP3 downloads. Once your request processes, you can find your song on YouTube's AudioSwap service under Musicshake.
