I've always longed to be more gentle in my personality. I feel guilt after being mean now. I feel guilt just from being myself. It feels like my Spirit is starting to hate my body for what it is.

Don't think of it as a war however, think of it as a simple disagreement. This song is soothing. Therefore war is not the correct term. Bask in the sounds and find yourself.


As bad as that sounds it's good, for we war with the flesh. It means i am winning this war with my body. I am getting closer to my goal of being Serene. Until then however, i have to endure this guilty pain.
