May I ask what is the creepy drums, and the high pitch that appears in the beginning? i'm trying to make my own creepy song xD

The beggining has a creepy sound to it. I love it!! Its so mysterious and awesome. The voice and crying and all the noises was a really awesome touch to the hole thing. Great Job
