This picture was made on MMD (MikuMikuDance), the model there featured is from the game 'JOURNEY' A very VERY beautiful adventerous game in which you have no verbal ways of communication with your fellow partner which you can meet along the way. Very relaxing game and has such a beautiful landscape and story to it, so if you own a PlayStation, I highly recommend you try this game out, you will be amazed.
