I listened to this before work this morning but I was still tired so I wanted to listen again when I got home to get a true sense of what I "felt". And let me tell you what I feel when I listen to this is nothing... that's right, nothing. But don't take that the wrong way. For me, that's a good thing. My mind and emotions are usually reeling non-stop. But when I listen to this, it's like I'm transported to an infinite vacuum of space where nothing can bother me. Wonderful meditation music! :)
