**History of the Song: I remember seeing/hearing the word 'kismet' and looked up the definition (meaning 'fate'), so I tried to come up with a song about it. As I was making it, I had in my mind a lone soldier trying to reach a goal or conquest, and/or the general idea of a person trying to acquire a prize. From beginning to end, that was the concept behind this piece.
