The day has been long and busy. The mind, filled with the stresses of work is ready for a complete release as you go for a walk in the stillness of the night. Summer has ended, and fall is starting to rustle up some wind as the leaves have already changed colors, and a few are now finding their way to the ground. The consideration of the holiday seasons arriving around the corner, quickly, has also entered your mind as you imagine the family gatherings, meals, and friendly visits over the next couple months.

Strolling along in a park, or wooded area, next to a pond or lakeside, the evening becomes enchanting as you release the problems of the business day and enjoy the beauty of the scenery around. Street lights twinkle in the rippling waves as they lap ever so gently on the shore. The glowing beams of the cheery moonlight appear to skip across the water top giving the impression of glittering snow, which is yet to fall.

Please, kick of your shoes, sit back, and take a mental journey through the park, woods, or a favorite place of yours, and enjoy this moment as you take “A WALK IN THE QUIET NIGHT.”
