Chronologically, this song comes just before the first "Cloud 9x9" story. At a small Bible study, before I actually shared my struggles with my friends, I had a time to look back on what I was doing for the situation. I wasn't doing much. I was steady looking at the wrong things, thinking the wrong things, keeping the door open for the wrong things, and forgetting to pray about the right things. All of this hit me like a pile of bricks. I was disappointed in myself. I spent the past two years of my life thinking I was doing something proactive, and I wasn't. It all resulted in me crying uncontrollably on three separate occasions that night. Sometimes, we're brought to our lowest point to see clearer. I wanted this song to capture that.
