This is my attempt at the first movement of a larger piece.

This movement chronicles the uprising of the humans against a dark overlord. They march into battle and enlist the help of the normally detached, childlike elves. As the newly formed army crosses the countryside, they see the destruction and desolation of the people, to whom they give new hope.
