Before anyone who's seen a Fatalis tells me I failed to capture it's essence, allow me to announce right here and now that I was not trying to capture the essence of the Fatalis. If you would all delve into my mind for a moment: The song starts out slow and sad, as a young girl looks upon a small monument she made herself-two suits of armor stand covered in decorations. She sheds a tear as she remembers how the brave warriors who wore this armor gave their lives to protect their home. Then, it picks up, going back in time-the Fatalis can be seen in the distance, its ominous form a silhouette against the setting sun. I'll let you all come up with how the rest goes.
