This is basically the 1st of my experimental tunes that include bits and pieces from some of my older songs, blended together with some new sounds, for this "Revival" to make a semi-original song.

**History of the Song: I pretty much covered the concept and idea of the 'Revival' songs above. I actually had this idea in my head before I took my hiatus from The Shake back in May '08. I thought about a fun way to come back so what better way to re-introduce myself than to make a couple songs that sort of summarized most of my previous ones. I tried my best to use the more memorable sounds/instruments from my prior songs and stick them in here in a way that worked (which was a bit of a pain in the @$$ to be honest). I remember that the intro took forever for some reason, since I was trying to make sure instruments layered smoothly before progressing into the meat of the song. And again, the 'urgent string' pizzicato makes a strong impact, I think. I also recall making sure I used 'When You're Not Looking" and 'Ominous' for the middle of either 'Revival' song, and since 'WYNL' is more string-based, I used it in this one. I guess it was a cool way to come back, with a "semi-new" pair of songs that reflected back on my prior songs but still felt new at the same time.**
