Why I chose this Genre
I chose this Genre because most of the artist in the year 2016 is indie pop music and I like the type of instruments used in this Genre




Research

The Indie pop genre name was made to combine rock music and Independent music which means indie pop.The genre is one of 2016 more popular music.Most of our indie pop artist are males usually as male vocal. Artist in this genre is seen as very talented people because right all there own song some musicians do not.The artist as well use more natural sounds not anything like auto tune.
Most videos for this genre isn't in a big bold setting most of the videos are lokey like the woods.The reason they are so lowkey is because it helps create a little bit of mystery.So the veiwers don’t look at there location but focus on there song.The directors like to use there songs and settings to tell a story as well.
The videos of Indiepop is not a big deal not a lot of makeup or fancy clothes.There costumes,makeup,and props will tell a great story with there music.The dialogue is a way for them to begin and end their story.The close up in these videos are to show the emotion of the character
