She stood, gazing down on the battlefield.
Her country was only so young, and it had fallen to war with none other than its brother countries.
Her brothers, fighting her.
Not with her, but against her.
The thought she simply could not bear in her head for more than a second was now the dreaded truth.
She was at war with none other than her brothers.
Even though her mind accepted it, her heart could not, and her heart further denied what was happening, even when the door burst open and her ladies in waiting ran and screamed, into the cars waiting for them.
She, unlike her ladies in waiting, chose to stay.
She had to.
Unlike them, she was immortal.
While others died, she stayed alive, each death filling her with grief.
She could only stare at her garb: Blue, long sleeved shirt and pants. Crossed pieces of fabric which showed the national flower of her country.
The way the blood compromised the usually cheery pink of the flowers.
She couldn't take it anymore. She had to stop the war. It was up to her, and she knew her men would not survive without her.
Her head knew.
Her heart didn't.
With her train of thought, she ran towards the opposite direction of safety, sword in hand.
She saw them.
Her brothers, begrudgingly fighting her people. So many memories of them when she was younger made tears threaten to escape.
Not now, said her head.
I'm trying, said her heart.
She threw down her defense and ran straight at them, sword at the ready.
They saw her.
It was her and her brothers, two on one, her third brother somewhere else, allied with her.
Soon, she was cornered. Both her brothers' swords touched the tip of her neck, making her drop her sword. Their eyes full of rage, anger, but most astonishing of all, love.
They couldn't.
They didn't.
It became too much for them, especially for the younger brother. The older brother sighed, sniffed, and lowered his weapon.
The familiar clang of swords fell to the ground, and so did the three siblings, in a sobbing embrace.

To clear up any confusion, the amped up guitar parts demonstrate real-life, whereas the Spanish guitar and the strings demonstrate the person's thoughts and dreams from the past, remembering their history.
