One day, while out hunting for fruit-of-the-earth, Zilee sees an airborne god falling from the sky and crashing on Karaku Mountain. She rushes back up the mountain only to find that the impact destroyed her entire village as well as the avatar of the birth-giver god. In her grief she prays to the fallen deity and begs for an explanation. The core of the god quickly lodges itself in her forehead and begins to speak to her mind.
The little machine god is just as confused as she is. perhaps even more so. It doesn't know where it came from, what its purpose was or where it even is. All it knows is that it has been flying for decades before it fell.
Together they embark on a journey to create a new village and perhaps find a way to fix the world to boot.
