Created during a sleepless night. A theme of sorts for a person close to me.

Sometimes life can beat you down until you can't move. But you don't always have to struggle to get right back up. Sometimes the best thing to do is stay down and rest so that when you do get back up you're stronger.

Be strong. But don't ever forget that rest is part of being strong, too.

Update: Sorry, folks, don't know what happened around 4:30; it sounds fine in the project file, so something went wrong when it got uploaded. I'm thinking about doing a revamp of this song anyway; I'll leave this one up all the same.
