CCC Freezing Rush created by SonicKazuka

Got a new elemental theme for CCC. This one's made to fit both water and ice (though I feel ice may be more fitting for it). Not much to say about it except that I've been testing out more sounds to use... Expect it to be used in the CCC game, but it's use for the CCC anime is up in the air right now...
