Thanks for the advice =), I think I'll try searching up ultrasone first... But I might end up with the grado's, I just can't seem to avoid rock.

rock = grado, Hip Hop = sony or sennheiser, classical = akg, drum n bass n techno = ultrasone. n that's all i can remember with only half my brain working

ur doing this with skullcandies, impressive. i wouldn't advise the beats by dr dre's unless style is all ur worried about they take a high mark up due to "the value of the branding" which is nothing special really. http://www.head-fi.org/ a decent headphone forum. id recommend some sennheisers. have a look at what the head-fiers say google "beat by dr dre headfi" or something. unless u've got ur heart set on them, in which case i hope ur really happy withem when u getem.

to answer that question: I don't really have good quality headphones, I just use the Skull Candy Ink'd earphones and I haven't used a different brand or product yet ('cause I bought about 8 so I don't buy 1 really expensive pair and break them like I usually do...). Though, I am probably gonna buy some Dr. Dre Beats pretty soon.
