About me

Working as a print journalist for over 3 decades.

Have produced my own music album "Beautiful Angel". The video for its title song "Beautiful Angel" was globally released on satellite TV by ZMusic-- India's prime music channel.

When Bhopal was hit by the worst industrial disaster in December 1984, left a corporate job and spent more than a year studying the causes that led to the poisonous gas leak at the Union Carbide pesticide plant that killed thousands and critically wounded at least 100, 000 others. The research findings were published in a book form in 1986. The book titled "Bhopal Disaster—an eye witness account" was released by the then President of India, Giani Zail Singh. It has been listed in the U.S. Library of Congress catalogue.

Have shot video content on wildlife and environment for AssignmentEarth. Produced two major projects that went online on Assignmentearth from the Indian subcontinent. One of these was on the toxic legacy of Union Carbide in Bhopal and the other on Gharial (a highly endangered crocodilain species).
